This document is a public offer to conclude an agreement for access to the UNA service on the terms set out below.
UNA subscriptions and related services are provided by World Of Fiction Studio LLC (Delaware, United States).
1. Terms
Provider — the party providing services under this offer (operator of the UNA service). Customer — an individual or legal entity that has accepted the offer by paying for a subscription or registering.
2. Subject
The Provider provides the Customer with access to the cloud neural infrastructure (SaaS): use of licenses, credits, API in accordance with the selected plan. The price list is on the Pricing.
3. Payment and performance
Payment is made in accordance with the selected plan. Charges are processed by payment providers acting for World Of Fiction Studio LLC (Delaware, United States). Access is granted after successful payment for the subscription period.
4. Refund
Refund conditions are set out in the Refund policy.
5. Acceptance of the offer
Payment for a subscription or registration with acceptance of the terms on the site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.
