This policy defines the terms and procedure for refunds when cancelling your UNA service subscription.
1. Right to refund
Under applicable law, the consumer may withdraw from the paid service before it has been performed and request a refund. Access service is deemed performed from the moment of activation. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis when contacting support.
2. How to request
To request a refund, send an email to the contact address with the payment reference (or the email used for payment), reason for refund, and details for the transfer. Requests are processed within the timeframe set by internal rules (typically up to 10 business days).
3. Timing and method of refund
Refunds are returned to the same payment method used for the original charge, within the timeframes required by the applicable payment provider and your card issuer.
4. Partial use
If the subscription has been partially used (e.g. within a month), eligibility and amount of refund are determined on a case-by-case basis taking into account the portion of service already provided and the tariff.
